Much like the variations of Sally, I added a little twist…an exercise during the “Hold” part of the song, “Flower” by Moby which is now ceremoniously stuck in our heads forever. We took a lap around the playground after each round.

Yeah…wow! I loved our small but mighty group today. Every minute was taken by talking shop about the Falcons, Bulldogs, our children, our marriages, laughter, a few family friendly curse words because some littles were present. All in all, good family fun. We prayed over our friends, our marriages and the Pruitt family and Name O Rama was short but sweet. Thanks for joining me this morning ladies!
