The rain didn’t stop us from getting in a great workout. We did a standing no mat Ring of Fire.

First exercise was the group exercise and the second was the one passed. Since there was only 3 of us, I did increase the rep count of some of them so that we wouldn’t get through this super fast.

Squats with front raise / raggedy Anns
Curtsy lunges / star jumps
Bicep curls / OHP
Tricep ext / overhead circles
High knees / jump squats
Right lunge pulse / calf raises
Left lunge pulse / chest fly
Right side hillbillies / kangaroos
Left side hillbillies / hallelujah’s
Squat pulses / monkey humpers
Windmills / jumping jacks
Squat crunch / burpees
Squat thrust / hammer curls
Weighted side bend right / run to the rock
Weighted side bend /  figure 8 squats
Single leg deadlift right / overhead claps

We did take a break halfway through to do a Sally squat challenge.  Finished up with a few 1 min PAX choice of an exercises and then stretches.
