We did 5 rounds of tabata…Each round targeted a different area of the body. We ran a lap in between each block. We ended with a song challenge….I chose the song Switch, by Will Smith. We did lunges during the vs and squats during the chorus.
It was great to be back at it with my ROCKING ladies!
