To start off we did a quick warm-up with THE SUN SHINING!!! Then each Pax rolled the dice (large wooden dice) and did the corresponding exercise with 10 reps. Two rounds 20 mins each.
We ended right on time with some Bat Wings. It was so nice to see everyone and get back to it after a small hiatus to rest my back. 💕 my FiA sisters!!!
