We played a little game of dice for this beatdown, but with a report card theme in honor of school starting back for many of us. I separated my board into five sections – A exercises, B exercises, C exercises, D exercises and F exercises. There were 5 exercises in each section but if you rolled a 6 we ran a lap. I don’t know exactly how many rounds we made it through, because I didn’t count, but I think we covered every exercise on the board at least once.
We rolled the dice for the full 45 minutes and then finished with prayers and names.
