3 pax met for a fun filled beatdown at the Rock. Weather was pretty nice, not too cold and NO Rain!! We warmed up with arm circles, toy soldiers and high knees. We took a quick lap and got started.
The Thang:
We each took turns taking a roll of the dice. Each side of the dice gave a different workout with reps.
We ended up doing a lot of leg and core work so we rounded it out with arms and abs.
We circled up with a prayer for the Karnes family and safe travels for the Thanksgiving holiday. We ended with name-o-rama.
