BackBlast:

4 PAX got together, dodging the rain, for some fun FIA routines. We warmed up with Michael Phelps, arm circles, and TTT while I explained the workout. I brought a 12 sided dice and we rolled to pick a FIA routine from the list. We ended up completing three workouts:

Achin Legs – 3X
20 squats – 20 step ups – 20 lunches – 20 squat jumps

AMRAP – 5 mins
10 merkins – 10 squat jumps – 10 shoulder taps

Escalator – 4 mins
10 LBC – 20 Russian Twist – 30 In & Outs – 40 MTN Climbers – 30 BGS – 20 Bourbons – 10 V-ups

Since we had an FNG, we stopped early to name Jet Setter, who loves all thing travel and adventure.

We finished with NOR and a prayer.
