Big group today! Glad you all braved the chill to workout! First we started with warm ups of toy soldiers, through the tunnels and a lap.
I brought a hand fill of dice and spread them out. This was a HIIT style workout; cardio, upper body, cardio, lower body, cardio, core, repeat for the entire time. We took turns rolling the dice to see what exercise the group would do.
Cardio: 1- burpees, 2- mountain climbers, 3- jumping jacks, 4- stairs. 5- high knees, 6- squat jumps
Upper body: 1- Merkins, 2- upright rows, 3- chest press, 4- L-lateral raises, 5- overhead press, 6- tricep dips
Lower body: 1- dead lifts, 2- glute bridges, 3- curtsy lunges, 4- pulsing squats, 5- reverse lunges, 6- donkey kicks
Core: 1- plank, 2- Russian twists, 3- BGS, 4- Bicycle, 5- Superman’s, 6- pretzel crunches.
We stretched and named our FNGs.
