5 PAX at AO The Den. There was 5 ladies that push back the want to stay in bed today. They got up, they got out and they made it happen. We gathered together after we parked in the normal location. We then walked to the front of the school. Except Mighty Mouse, she drove over and met up with us at the flag pole. We chatted a little and commented on how chilly it was this morning. Many of the ladies are so happy and welcoming Fall. I on the other hand, already miss the Summer heat. But since I was going to keep us moving non-stop for the workout the cooler weather was welcomed quickly. I pushed play on the music and we started out with a few warm-ups.

Windmills – TTT – standing stretching and arm stretches.
~ The Thang ~
We found a partner and pulled our first card from one of the bins. The number on the card told us the exercise rep count. The suit on the card told us the exercise we were doing. We did the exercise as a group together. Once we were finished we ran a half lap to the bin on the other side of the circle. 1/4 mile circle. We pulled a card and did the exercise and rep count that the card showed. We did this together with our partner till the end of the workout.
Half lap, exercise on the card, half lap, exercise on the card, half lap … etc.
We ran together and solo. We always came together with our partner to do our exercises. Encouraging each other and giving each other air high-fives. We even did a round of Burpees together since the whole group was in the same place at the same time. When we hit 6:15 we came together for a COT, prayers, nameorama and a quick picture. All the ladies did an amazing job. We may have started out a little chilly but we ended up sweating and burning a lot of calories.
