Apparently the polar vortex has brought us some unexpected cold weather because it has been extra chilly lately. 🥶 I was so thankful to still have 6 PAX meet me for a run today & another 4 showed up for an adhoc beatdown led by Domino.
We all gathered for COT together in the beginning then us runners took off doing a 3:1 run/walk Tabata. We ended up getting right at about 3.5 miles. I love starting my day with my FiA sisters. ❤️
