6 PAX gathered this morning at AO The Den. We did a few warm ups as the group found the correct place to park and put down their weights.
Warm up – Jumping Jacks, gate swings, toy soldiers, arm stretches and a few basic follow the leader jazzer-size moves.
I explained the games rules. Run half way around the circle to the blue bins. Pick a card out of the bin. Look at the sheet. (See picture below) Do the exercises and the reps on the sheet for the card we pulled. After we were done we ran around half of the carpool circle to the other side. At the other side we picked another card out of the bin, did the exercises to the rep count. We then continued around the circle till we got to the bins and cards again. We did the exercises to the correct rep count and so on and so on.
We continue around the circle and doing the exercises till 6:15. After we hugged and high fives we loaded up our layers and weights. We had to peel them off as we did our exercises and ran our 3 miles. It was a great workout that kept us moving, moving, moving.
