We warmed up with a lap around the big lap and some stretching before we got into our thang.
taking inspiration from Lt. dans, I expanded on the idea. 4 rounds for 8 mins to get as far as you can through the set of exercises. With a 1/4 ratio up to 10/40 and a 1 minute break between each round.
r1 – squats/lunges
r2 – bicep curls/around the worlds
r3 – burpees/jumping jacks
r4 – BGS/penguins
this was much harder than I thought it would be but we all did great!
we stretched, did names and prayers.
