A total of 4 PAX showed up this morning ready to work. I wasn’t expecting to Q this morning but pulled together a load the buses routine that definitely had us moving & sparkling (aka sweating) like crazy. 😅 We warmed up with a quick lap around the parking lot then arm circles forward, arm circles backward & Toy Soldiers (IC).
After we warmed up, we set up our mats in bus lane 1 & ran to the last bus lane (26) doing squats & Hallelujahs with our reps being the number on the bus lane. When we got back to lane 1 we did 5 sit-ups & 5 push-ups. We rinsed & repeated finishing up with bus lane 7.
To switch up the leg muscles we worked, we called an audible at lane 19 & started doing standing donkey kick sets on even bus lanes & kept doing squats on the odd bus lanes. We also cut out the sit-ups & push-ups the last few rounds in order to get as far as we could down the bus lanes.
By the end of it all we had completed 252 Squats, 78 Standing Donkey Kick Sets, 140 Hallelujahs, 80 sit-ups & 8” push-ups while also running 1.5 miles. We finished up with COT, NOR & a quick picture. So thankful for all the ladies who joined me this morning as my mornings are always better when I start them with my FiA sisters. 😊 ❤️
