10 amazing women joined me this morning ready to put in some work! And work is what we did! A few came early for some extra miles. I did only 1 mile and left WW and SO to continue on while I got things ready for 5:30.
We warmed up with neck and shoulder rotations, arm circles, Michael Phelps, hip & knee rotations, and leg swings while I explained the thang. We then did walking lunges to move to the starting area.
The Thang – See ya when I see ya!
We partnered up and ran opposite directions from our partner around the parking lot island to the other side. When we met up, we did 10 reps of 4 exercises. Then ran again opposite directions to the other side and then did those same exercise, 9 reps each. And so on until we got all the way down to one. Where it applied we did sets instead of reps. We did Monkey Humpers/Plank Jacks/Chair Pose Twists/Jump Squats for the first round.
After we were done, we did another! Everyone choose a new partner and this time around the exercises were Jumping Jacks/Squats/Toe Taps/Raggedy Anns.
We finished in enough time to do a quick Ring of Fire, so that we could check off a bingo box. We did squats passing Imperial Walkers and Hallelujahs passing Randys.
We finished up with some stretching and COT. We said a prayer for the F3 men who are running the Ragnar this weekend and for the safety and well being of all our FiA sisters out there.
