5 PAX braved the sprinkles this morning. 3 pre-rucked before the workout! I had no backup plan for rain, so I was praying the whole drive to Foxtrot that the rain would just hold off a little longer. Thankfully we only had sprinkles.
We started our warm up with the song Thunder by Imagine dragons. We did arm circles throughout, but did Butt Kicks every time he said Thunder.
We partnered up and did a See You When I See You 2020 edition. One partner ran on the left lane, one partner ran up the middle parking lane. When they met, they stopped for exercises. Normally the exercises decrease with every iteration. But, we did 20 reps every time – shooting for 20 rounds.
Our exercises were:
I had a piece of sidewalk chalk with me and made a tally for each round we completed. We did 8 rounds where we met at the far end of the parking lot, and 7 rounds near our bags. So we didn’t quite make it to 2020 – it was more of a throw back to 2015. But, that is ok. We had a smaller group, so we went a little slower, talked a little more, and enjoyed each other’s company.
