6 PAX at AO Foxtrot on this slightly cool summer Thursday Morning. The weather was amazing for a workout that I planned to keep us moving the whole time.

Warm-up 

We did deconstructed Burpees for our warm up. A Deconstructed burpee: 45 seconds Boot Strappers, 45 seconds Push Ups, 45 seconds Bobby Hurley’s
– Boot strappers: plank position, jump feet in towards hands and back out to plank.

– Bobby Hurley: squat, touch ground, jump up like you’re shooting a basket.

3-Have you ever run a 1/2 or full Marathon?

The Thang 

We found a partner and I gave the ladies the two exercise to start. We ran “See you When I See You?”. We did have a slight twist though. We ran opposite directions around the island. When we met our partners we did 2 different exercise from 10 down to 1. Running around the island and meeting together to do the excises in between each set. I started with a cone. Once I passed a group that was doing the exercises together I dropped the cone near them. They then had to add 5 burbees to that round and continue on. They took the cone with them. Then when they passed another group they dropped the cone with them and made them do burpees. It was great fun to see if you could dodge that cone the whole workout. But we all did burpees!!

After we did 2 sets of exercise, ran 2 miles and all did the burpees twice we found our mats for abs. We did bicycles, flutter kicks, reverse crunches, butterfly crunches, Russian Twists, etc…. We then said our namorama, a prayer, COT and took a picture.

It was a great morning to get out and get it done together.
