Humid and hot just like Miami, lol.
This mama dropped off her boys at church yesterday for a week of camp so naturally see you when I see you came to mind. Nothing like a workout to help me get through the stress and sadness.
Anyway on to better news… We had an FNG join us this morning which was a wonderful surprise!
We did a quick warm up with the usual arm circles, Michael Phelps, side stretches and then in the center.
Workout went like this: find a partner and you complete all 5 exercises 10 reps each) then one person runs one way while the other runs opposite way and you meet up in the middle. You then do the same 5 exercises but you lower the reps to 9 then run back to where you started. Keep doing that till you get down to 1.
Once completed there was a quick stretch before next round of exercises to be performed the same way.

We were able to complete both rounds!!!
We then did COT praying for safe travels. We got to learn about our new Fabulous FiA FitChick who lives on a mini farm.
