Saw this in the archive but none other than our very own Straight shooter

Bruce Lee was known for his incredible physique and one thing he constantly trained on was abs. It is the core of your balance and strength.  Our exercise consists of 15 reps for each exercise on repeat 6x’s with a lap in between each set.

In and outs

BGS

Russian twist sets

Reverse crunch

Heel taps

For the blimp portion we have our abs a rest.

B 5- burpee or jump squat

L 10 – lunges total

I 15 – Imperial walkers

M 20 – Merkins

P 25 – plank jacks

S 30 – squats

We had some time left so we did a ring of fire with curb toe touches passing 10 jumping jacks

And then did a round of bat wings until everyone started groaning. L

As always we gave thanks for our able bodies and those that could make it and those that couldn’t.
