Taylor Swift was in town for her concert and since I didn’t go, I decided we would have a Taylor Swift concert of our own! The playlist was all Taylor songs while we worked out.

warm up

We did a 5 minute tabata 30 seconds per exercise, no rest.

Jumping jacks, lunges, toy soldiers, Burpee‘s, mountain climbers, repeat

the thang

Since May is the fifth month of the year I did a 5+5 = 10 workout with a lap after each 10 mins.  five exercises,  five reps each, for 10 minutes

arms – bicep curls, tricep, extensions, overhead press, front, lateral raises, side lateral raises

Lap

legs – regular squats, curtsy lunges, Bulgarian split squats, calf raises, monkey humpers

lap

abs – (changed the time to 8 mins) big girl sit ups, Russian twist, windshield wipers, reverse crunches, crunches

Took the last two minutes to stretch. Then we did our COT and name o’Rama
