Sharing is caring , and while Whole Coconut may not know it, she shared with us on Monday! I thought her Llama Tabata was so awesome I stole it….with just a couple of small tweaks.
As Whole Coconut explained last week, LLAMA means legs-legs-arms-mat exercise for abs-arms, with laps ran in between each round.
We did 4 LLAMA rounds. But I also wanted us to be able to scratch our 28 Burpee square off the bingo board, so we did 4 burpees before each round, after the final round, and then both before and after our song challenge…. which was the Cupid Shuffle of course, plank style!
We finished with COT & Name-o-Rama… and I’m pretty sure I remembered all the names! Spelling is debatable.
