4 lovely ladies joined me at The Lair for a Hump Day beatdown!
We took a lap around the parking lot then did 10 reps each of:
We took another lap then did 9 reps each. Rinse and repeat taking a lap and decreasing our reps by 1 each time!
I had to leave early to get to work, but the amazing Straight Shooter led everyone in a few rounds of Aiken Legs after I left (thank you SS!!).
20 Squats, 20 Split Jack’s (total), 20 Squat Jumps ( modified from box jumps since we don’t have any benches or boxes) in succession with no rest in between each exercise.
