BackBlast:

The rain stopped so we were able to do our beatdown out in the open instead of under cover.  Hurricane Sally brought a ton of rain in the last 2 days and I was afraid we would have a wash out (sorry, Inspector Gadget) but Sally hurried on through.  We had a nice breeze with a touch of mugginess. We did some static stretches and some jumping jacks to warm up and then on to the Thang.

We did the short, longer, longest beatdown so the first column of exercises (see pic below) were 30 seconds, then a 10 second rest, the next column was 45 seconds, with a 10 second rest, and then the last column was for a minute.  We went horizontal across the board.  Then we had a 20 second rest between rows.

We ran a lap after the first 4 lines of exercises.  We started over after we made it thru all of them.  Genius that I am didn’t calculate all the rests in the total amount of time so we didn’t have time to make it all the way thru a second time.  We did as many as we could and went all the way to 6:45 (actually we went one minute over) before circling up with nameorama.
