Happy happy 4th of July! Today we started out with some stretches to let our bodies losen up and feel some relief from past workouts.

We did 50 of a Exercise and 13 of another and alternated. Here’s what it looks like:

50 goblet squats

13 burpees

50 OHP

13 push-ups

50 crunches

13 weighted leg curls

50 chest fly

13 triceps kick backs

50 deadlifts

13 kettlebell swings

50 bicep curls

13 lunges (each side)

50 Russian twists

 

We also took two laps two separate times to break it up.

When we got back from the last lap we did

25 plié squats

25 floor lying hamstring curls

25 flutter kicks

30 lunges (15 each side)

30 pistol squats (15 each side)

1 minute plank

1 minute walk sit

 

We ended with a prayer for fosters niece to fly safely, our husbands for mountain biking, and for the veterans and dogs so they would feel comforted during the fireworks. Thanks for coming out ladies! I had a blast! 🎆😉
