Despite exercising our patience while getting to The Valley this morning, we ended up having 7 ladies!! That was a really good number considering all the horrible construction going on! But anyway…exercising patience counts as exercise right! lol
We jumped right into THE THANG:
Silly Sprints – I placed a deck of cards at a point away from where we were working out at & we each (at our own pace) sprinted/ran/walked to get our card, bring it back & do the exercise that matched your card…reps were the number. The PAX with the most cards at the end was the winner! Yay…Woo Hoo…Gold Star! The cards were labeled as follows:
♥ Mt. Climbers (sets)
♣ Weighted Obliques (sets)
♦ Diamond Push Ups
♠ Lunges (sets)
J – 11 reps… Q – 12 reps… K – 13 reps…
🃏 – Burpee
ACE – AMRAP as a group @ the end, exercise OYC if you drew an ACE.
We ended with COT & NOR…Thanks ladies for joining me. I love days like this, when I think no one will show up but you did… I am SO glad you did!
