Sleep Walking 1-2-3’s

Move over Lt. Dan, there’s a new sheriff in town. This was my first time doing this routine. I thought it was called sleepwalking because of all the up and down during the routine, turns out its just because you really can’t control your legs after its over.

  • 1 weighted squat
  • 2 toe taps (each side)
  • 3 weighted walking (or stationary) lunges

Each time, you increase your squat by 1 and hold the ratios the same until you reach 10-20-30. For those that struggled with that math the same way I did at first, here are your counts:

1-2-3

2-4-6

3-6-9

4-8-12

5-10-15

6-12-18

7-14-21

8-16-24

9-18-27

10-20-30

The pax killed it with their sleepwalking! Everyone worked hard and looked super strong knocking that out!

SuiCircuits

As I’m sure you guessed, it’s a suicide circuit. Cones were spaced out about 10 yards apart- except for the last one

Run 10 yards to first cone, do 10 merkins. Run back to start

Run 20 yards to second cone, do 20 squat jumps. Run back to start

Run 30 yards to third cone, do 30 mountain climber sets. Run back to start

Run all the way to the other side of the lot and up the stairs, do 40 jumping jacks. Run back to start. If you don’t have stairs to work with, get creative with mode of transportation for that last cone to increase the challenge before jumping jacks.

Rinse and repeat until time. I’m not sure time could have moved ANY slower today- amiright?

We finished off the morning naming our beautiful FNG, Golden, who is all about treating others the way you want to be treated! So welcome Golden! We were so glad to have you and hope to see you again soon! After name-o-rama and prayer, I forgot to take a photo- so sorry. You get the sleepwalker 🙂
