4 beautiful and strong women joined me this morning to try out the one and only Snoop Jiggity Jog.
We warmed up with some SSH and TTT in cadence, then some stretching, and right into the Thang we went…
Pretty simple concept. Do a few exercises, then run the loop.
30) Squat w/ weight
(30) Narrow squat w/ weight
(30) Overhead press
(30) Overhead tricep extension
(30) Push ups
(15 each side) Deadlift one leg (or reg deadlift??)
(15 each side)Oblique crunches w/ weight
(30) Goblet squat
(30) Glute bridge – pulse x 10 at end
The ladies absolutely crushed it as usual, so I threw in a few songs at the end.
Thunderstruck by AC/DC (hold plank, then merkin when you hear the word thunder) -this one absolutely sucked. Five minutes of pure pain!
