3 PAX joined together this morning in the rain to get it done early and make it count. We met under the pavilion near the tennis court, so we could stay a little dry.
We started off with a few light exercises to warm us up. We did gate swings, TTT , TS , and side hop jumps.
3X Round of cards at a time – One card at a time from each PAX. We used the numbers on the card and the exercises below. So many Step-ups!

♣️– Incline Push-up
WW – 20 Star Jumps
All – J, Q, K we did 12 reps
Aces were 5 reps (Thank you Partly Cloudy 🌤 )
Since the heavy rain continued and continued we opted out of running and did an ab workout after 3 rounds of cards.

We did 3 rounds of cards, 1 round of abs, 3 rounds of cards, 1 round of abs, etc.
We finish our sets a few minutes early did a few stretches, said many prayers, COT, chatted about life and ran out into the rain to our cars. SUCCESS! We still got it done, even if the rain made it wet, chilly and terrible. #bettertogether
