As someone who extremely quiet and introverted I actually enjoy the one on one Qs!
I find it leaves room for more personal chats where I am able to get to know more of you and in turn you are able to know me.
Lately I have been given proof of the greater good out there!
Certain days/weeks/mornings it keeps being able to snap me into focus and remind me of the many gifts in my life.
I am thankful to wake up in the morning, thankful to be able to take time for myself because I know often I do take it for granted.
I am thankful and so very blessed to be physically able to continue on with my day because so many aren’t.
We did a version of a 5-10-15-20!
Which is repeating rounds of 5/10/20 reps with a 15 sec plank in-between 10 and 20 reps!
Push up/Tricep Kickbacks/Bicep Curls x5
Crunches/Russian Twist/Seated Weighted RowsX10
Plank for 15 sec
Glute Bridges/Sky Punches/Overhead Press X20
We added in some squats and lunges at the end for a total of 50 each.
