Southern Charm arrived and as she was walking up, she said she was here for her once a month presence, hence, the name of our workout this morning!
We started with a warm up of arm circles, Michael Phelps, imperial walkers and stretching of the legs and back.

Bent over rows and Bourbons
Calf raises and Merkins
Bicep curls and Dead bugs
Reverse lunges and up down planks
Overhead triceps and Little baby crunches
Reverse flyes and Russian twists
Imperial walkers and Burpees
This is as far as we got – but the next three were included too
Prisoner squats and Chest press
Rotator in and outs and Double crunches
Skaters and Mountain Climbers
We circled up for a prayer, picture and names. Great morning and great ladies to begin the day with!
