It was a cold and dark start to Halloween, but we turned on the playlist, got moving and warmed up quickly. We partnered up. Each song had an exercise assigned as well as a cardio (either run or cardio move). One PAX does exercise reps, the other does cardio, and then you switch. The exercises were as many rounds as possible swapping out with your partner for the duration of the song. If there was a run for cardio, we ran down the street 3 mailboxes, then turned around. If it was a cardio move, we did 31 reps, then switched with our partner.
