No rain in the forecast, so eight PAX joined together to get some steps in – literally! We started with a quick warm up of arm circles, hip rotations, stretching of the hips and waist. The beatdown consisted of certain exercises at the bottom of the stairs and then exercises at the top of the stairs – steps – literally…. Had to run up and down those stairs.

We finished the entire board, so we stayed at the bottom of the stairs and made it through all of the board one more time. These ladies were on it!
