We had an awesome group of 10 PAX out today kick off December with the Sunday Long “run”. The skies were clearing, the temps weren’t too cold, and the puddles not too large!
We had all the speeds accounted for today and it was so cool to see! There were runners, joggers, intervals, ruckers and walkers. No one was left behind and everyone did between 3-6 miles!
For me, Whole Coconut, it was active recovery day. Practice what you preach. Today, despite the itch to “run” I walked. I slowed it down, gave my legs and my body a chance to recover and enjoyed the awesome company of others out to do the same. It felt great. I’ve gotta do that a little more.
Found change update! Today was $0.11! That’s $0.21 since Friday! (Haha)
Piles of miles- no official total today but I’m estimating about 45+ for the group!
