We had TONS of new faces today at the Arena! Welcome back to Spike!  Rook brought her home school classmates with her (I think the entire group showed up), so we had a full house!

Warm up was arm circles, Michael Phelps, through the tunnels in cadence and imperial walkers.

There were three Stations to work your way through today. Partners were set up and while one partner did an exercise at the top of the list, the second partner rolled the dice and did the exercise that corresponded with that exercise – times 10. For example – if you rolled a 1, you did 10 of the listed exercise. If you rolled a 6, you did 60 of the listed exercise. Once the second partner was finished with the exercise, then partners switched so partner one would do the rolled exercise and the second partner did the exercise at the top of the list. After 6 rolls on the dice, you either ran, skipped, or ran backwards around the grassy knoll.

Station A:

Partner 1 – squats

Partner 2 – 10 burpees, 20 donkey kicks, 30 bicep curls, 40 penguins, 50 jumping jacks, 60 hallelujahs

Run a lap together

Station B:

Partner 1 – lunge

Partner 2 – 10 star jumps, 20 fire hydrants, 30 russian twists, 40 imperial walkers, 50 monkey humpers, 60 flutter kicks

Skip a lap together

Station C:

Partner 1 – glute bridges

Partner 2 – 10 merkins, 20 inchworms, 30 plank jumps, 40 calf raises, 50 second plank hold, 60 skip rope

Run a lap backwards together

We ended with a COT, naming of our FNG’s, name-o-rama and a prayer. Took a picture and we were off for the day!
