Apparently only a couple of us needed a boost to prepare for the winter break that arrives next week. Tiny Dancer joined me this morning for some tabata style station/circuit training at the Hideout. We started right in with the four different stations and completed the entire circuit twice. Since it was tabata style, we worked for 45 seconds and had 15 seconds rest to prepare for the next exercise.

Station 1:

Back rows with weights

Hamstring curls on the ball

Chest press on the ball

Bicep curls with bands

Station 2:

Quad sit on the bosu

Ball slams

Lateral raises with weights

High knees

Station 3:

Plies with weights

Arnold press with weights

Reverse lunges

Lateral skaters

Station 4:

Russian twists with weights

Straight arm pressbacks with bands

Reverse crunches

Obliques on the ball

We finished up and then had a prayer with a picture. Thank you Tiny Dancer for helping me load up the car afterwards – that was our stretching and cool down!
