We stayed warm by staying moving! We started with doing an Indian run to get her body is warmed up and ready to work out.
We did a version of ring of fire we’re all pax did it work out while each pax took a turn doing an exercise.

we had about 15 minutes left so we did another Indian run and then we took turns calling out exercises until we were done. We stretched, prayed and name o Rama!
