I ran out of time today to plan some thing, so I quickly pulled up Pinterest and stole their circuit workout.
6 pax came together on this cool morning to get our muscles working. There were three circuits with three exercises and we did each circuit three times. We started with a long lap around the arena to warm up.
15 reps of goblet squats, 15 reps of dead lift with back row, and 20 reps of Glute bridge hold with chest press.
10 reps on each side of woodchops, 20 reversed flys, and 10 on each side of a split squat with overhead press.
10 on each side of side lunge with bicep curl, 10 on each side of lawnmowers, and 20 Total of overhead reach while holding one leg up in the air switching halfway through.
We ended With cot and prayers.
