9 PAX gathered together this morning for a fun and somewhat scatterbrained workout. It was much like the Bradley Cooper, or for the sake of time, that’s what it ended up being. We started with warm up heart rate accelerating moves, and then we got straight to: THE THANG
10 exercises, 5 rounds, 20 reps with a lap around the square of the Arena in between each round. After calling some audibles we ended up with the 10 exercises, 10 reps, and completed 2 complete rounds. We cooled down with some yoga stretches led by Hairspray, named our FNG people, gave them their signs (it’s a thing down South in Woodstock. We spent quite a lot of time rehearsing… IT’S A THING) We spent some extra time praying for our FiA sisters, gave big, sweaty hugs and had big fun in the process.
