What do you do when you Q last minute & your hubby’s workout is still on the board? You use it of course! After a short warm up of arm circles, Michael Phelps, hip rotations & inchworm with spinal twist, we began Narco’s Nasty Q.

20 Merkins, Star Jumps, American Hammers & Overhead Press, then run 4 laps

35 Big Boy Sit Ups, Shoulder Tap Sets, Monkey Humps, then run 3 laps

50 Squats, Flutter Kick sets, then run 2 laps

100 LBC’s, then run 1 lap

We completed one round as above, then made it through the 50’s on our second round, changing the run to 1 lap each block.
