The mornings have been surprisingly coolish with a little less humidity this week so 12 PAX showed up to work (5 did a pre-beatdown walk too) today.
We warmed up with arm circles forward, arm circles backward, Michael Phelps, Praying Mantis (IC) & Toy Soldiers (IC). After the warm-up we got started on the thang.
For the thang, I borrowed a workout routine from my husband he called Suicide Prevention. It is basically Doracides with a slight twist. We partnered up with one partner running to a light pole while the other exercises (exercises listed below). Every time a partner ran they would go to a further light pole. Once the partners got to the end then they would start working their way down one light pole at a time. This pattern continued through out the routine.

This one definitely brought on lots of mumble chatter so it will likely be making a return at some point in the future. 😉
We finished with enough time to do a little stretching then circled up for prayers & Name-O-Rama.
