BackBlast:

4 fellow FiA beauties joined me for a chilly beatdown. We warmed up with some high knees, some Micheal Phelps and then some IC Through the Tunnels, and then we got started.

The Thang:
SuiCircuits

I swiped this one from another FiA that did this a few weeks ago but modified it a bit. It’s a suicide circuit. My cones were missing in action, so I just marked off lines with sidewalk chalk. I made station 1 the beginning,  then run about 10 yards to the 2nd one, then 20 yrds to the 3rd, and another 20 yards to the final station.

So 1st station was do 10 merkins, then run to the 2nd station, do 20 squat jumps. Run back to start.

Do 10 merkins, run to second mark, do 20 squat jumps, run to 3rd mark, do 30 LBC’s. Run back to start.

Do 10 merkins, run to second mark, do 20 squat jumps, run to 3rd mark, do 30 LBC’s, run to 4th mark, and then do 40 jumping jacks. Run back to start.
Repeat! We got through the whole circuit 3 times then decided to end there so we’d have time for abs.

Abs – We had 5 ab exercises of which we did 20 reps (or sets) of each. Since there were 5 of us, we each took a turn counting out load to keep us in sync.  We did 2 full rounds and then did the last round of only 10 each so we’d have time for prayer and CoT.

The 5 ab exercises were as follows:
– (20) In & Outs
– (20) Big Girl Sit Ups
– (20) Russian Twists (sets)
– (20) Penguins (sets)
– (20) Pretzel Crunches

We finished off the morning with prayer and Circle of Trust. Thanks for joining me ladies!
