The sun was out but we weren’t able to use the stage because it was taken. So, we got a lot of vitamin D today! We might need to start bringing the sunscreen! This workout has a lot of running/walking, so we jumped right in.
Four corners (four locations of exercises that you run or walk to)
Corner 1 (Abs or mat exercises)
1. 30 bgs
2. 30 LBFK
3. 30 Plank Crunches (in plank position, take left arm and right leg and touch elbow to knee, then the opposite side)
4. 30 leg lifts with pulse up
5. 30 glute bridges
Corner 2 (using the stairs)
1. 30 tricep dips
2. 15 Stair inch worms (like regular inch worms but going up the stairs with your hands then doing a push up, abs back down)
3. 30 Bulgarian spilt squats
4. 30 mountain climbers
5. 30 shoulder taps
Corner 3 (using your weights)
1. 30 bicep curls
2. 30 around the world
3. 30 bent over rows
4. 30 overhead press
5. 30 reverse fly’s
Corner 4 (sexy legs)
1. 30 lunges
2. 30 sumo squats
3. 30 curtsy lunges
4. 30 side lunges
5. 30 monkey humpers
Everyone was able to get through all 5 rounds or more in 45 mins! Great job you guys!
