2 minute warmup of 30 second cardio exercises- SSH, high knees, skaters, squat jumps with arm swings.
Merkins to start, run to park benches, Squats
Each exercise increases by 1 until you reach 21.
ex: 1 merkin, run, 1 squat, run back, 2 merkin, run, 2 squat, run back, 3 merkin, run… etc.
A couple PAX finished… we closed out with a one minute plank to get a little abs in.
