Four beautiful ladies braved the cold with me today. The 19 degrees didn’t feel too bad outside with my 4 layers of shirts on, 2 pairs of leggings/pants, 2 pairs of socks, & 2 pairs of head gear. I even shedded one shirt later before the work out was over. The wind was not blowing so it actually didn’t feel too bad outside. Just ask Chocolate Chip who had 4 layers of pants on.
We started with some stretches, high knees, but kicks, & we each ran the stairs once.
Super 21’s are where you have 2 exercises (in our case push ups & big girl sit-ups) and you go 21 rounds. Round one you do one of each exercise, round 2 you do 2 each, round 3 you do 3 each, & so on all the way to 21. After every 5 rounds we ran a lap around the parking lot. For those keeping count that means we did 231 each of pushups & big girl sit ups. We had time to do a round of bat wings before we finished with stretching.
We gathered around for prayer & nameorama.
