Today started out rainy & blah but ended up being a beautiful & cool morning! 6 FiA’s gathered @ 9:30 am for a superhero (ish) beatdown. First we warmed up with a lap around the playground then back to our mats for a warm up song challenge – Krazy (Pitbull) – Front/Side Jumping Jacks for the “Krazy” hook & butt kickers throughout.

THE THANG:

The Ultimate Superman –  A series of 5 superman exercises. 30 Reps (each) –No Rest–

*All exercises are done while in the Superman pose.

1.Supermans  2.Hallelujahs  3.Tricep Kickbacks (pulse)  4.Jumping Jacks  5.Tricep Scissor Kickbacks

RUN A LAP

Captain Thor – 1:4 = 10:40   *1 BGS, 4 Russian Twists…2 BGS, 8 Russian Twists & so on…. Total count = 55 BGS & 220 Russian Twists!

Super (Squat) 21 – 1 Sumo Squat, 1 Narrow Squat…2 Sumo Squats, 2 Narrow Squats & so on… Total count = 462 Squats!!! (231 of each) Wow! The FiA ladies were all about the Girl Power!!!

We had just enough time for a cool down song challenge – Turn Down 4 What – Butt Kickers throughout & Quick feet for the hook.  We circled up for a quick prayer then Name-0-Rama.
