Beakers joined me this morning so I wouldn’t be all by my lonesome. We started with a general warm-up and got down to the thang.

Tabata style workout with 45 sec on/15 recovery because counting is hard. We ran a lap between each group of exercises and did each grouping 2x before moving to the next body part.
