Today I turned 44, so I celebrated my sweet 16 birthday because, math. 4 x 4 = 16. Get it?! Lol
We jumped right in because we had a party to get to and Pitbull was going to be there, so we stretched and did our thang!
4 rounds, 4 exercises each to a tabata of 20 seconds exercise and 10 seconds rest, and repeat each round 4 times for a total of 16 exercises for each round.
Round 1 – Cardio
jumping jacks, Front kicks, squat jumps, mountain climbers. Repeat 4 times.
Round 2 – abs
crunches, plank, reverse crunches, flutter kicks. Repeat 4 times.
Round 3 – arms
bicep curls, triceps ext., push ups, overhead press. X4
Round 4 – legs
plié squats, lunges, curtsy lunges, wall sit. X4
we made it to the party and there was fireball! We did the burpee song challenge to the song Fireball. Every time they say fireball, you do a burpee. The rest of the time we did morracan night clubs.
