I was off work today and able to go to a Friday morning beatdown. Rise Up wasn’t feeling well so I volunteered to Q since I would be there. It was an overcast morning with a little breeze so perfect weather to work out in. I was happy to meet a new face and see some familiar ones as well. We did some leg swings and light stretches before starting with the Tabata. We did 50 seconds on with a 10 second break between the following:
1. Thrusters
2. Lbc’s
3. Calf raises
4. Lunges with bicep curl
5. Peter Parkers
6. Lying leg lifts
7. Plank
8. Glute bridges
9. Chest press
10. Windshield Wipers
11. Donkey kicks
12. Bent over rows
13. Curtsy lunges
14. Chair sit
15. Front & side raises alternating
16. Hammer curls
17. Overhead tricep press
18. Russian twists
We made it through 2 times, did a few stretches, and finished up. So nice to see all of you.
