It was such a great morning with the temps being a little higher and the rain held off just enough for us to get some running in between tabata intervals. We started off with some through the tunnels in cadence and got right to my famous booty warmup. 10 Leg extensions to 10 pulses, 10 fire hydrants to 10 pulses, 10 rainbows to 10 second hold and 10 circles each way. We burnt both legs out and got to The Thang.
We did 5 minute intervals switching between running and Tabata.
1st Round- Tabata Arms 45 sec on 15 sec rest
- steering wheels
- around the worlds
- hammer curls
- tricep dips
2nd Round- Run for 5 minutes
3rd Round- Tabata Legs 45 sec on 15 sec rest
- Squat pulses
- Calf Raises
- Lateral leg lifts
4th Round- Run for 5 minutes
5th Round- Tabata Abs 45 sec on 15 sec rest
- Flutter Kicks
- Glute Bridges
We had about 15 minutes left and we took turns rolling my new dice that my secret sister gifted me.
For the finishing touch I decided for us to take a few minutes and do some breathing exercises which was so peaceful because the rain had just started. Finished with cot and prayed for each other. Thank you ladies for joining me.
