Tonight, we were small in numbers, but mighty in spirit! It has been raining for 40 days and 40 nights it seems like, so we met up at the tennis courts and got our arms warmed up for some TABATA! For warm up we did some arm circles and stretches.
Tabata! We did 30 seconds on and 10 off for 6 rounds. In between each round was a 1-minute cool down. Since it was wet outside so we worked our arms mainly with some cardio and leg work.

- Bent Over Rows
- Tricep Dips
- Bicep Curls
- Seated Shoulder Press
- High Knees
We finished up right on time before the skies opened and blessed us with guess what…. MORE RAIN!!!
