Seven PAX arrived to the Arena and were ready to get moving.

We warmed up with arm circles, imperial walkers and stretching of the legs. The timer was set for 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest and we got to it!

Cross leg crunch – right side

Angry donkey kicks

Bicep curl to overhead press

Close grip press skullcrusher

Push up with raised leg

Lawn mower row – right side

Hammer curl

High knees

Tabata #2:

Cross leg crunch – left side

Triple beasts

Real delt raise (straight arms)

Forward tricep push up

Chest press

Lawn mower – left side

Bicep in and outs


Tabata #3:

Bell pass

Squat to overhead press – right side

Shoulder forward reverse flye


Squat with lateral chest press

Beast holds

Bicep cross overs

Jumping jacks

Tabata #4 :

Ball cycles with straight legs

Squat to overhead press – left side

Shoulder in and outs

Tricep kickbacks

Plyo push ups

Renegade rows

Squat with concentration curls

Flutter kicks

We ended with a picture, COT, prayer and names.
